It was evident that Ga’nesha at ASAP Tuckpointing, LLC was the most knowledgeable and professional person we spoke with. She scheduled Martinez to come to our home and give us a bid. They were able to work with us on the fee to make it affordable to us as we really wanted to use this company. Martinez did a beautiful job matching and replacing all broken bricks as well as finishing them off beautifully and sealing them. I interviewed another contractor and decided that I wanted to hire Sam. However, my husband hadn't met him yet, so Sam made the trip back to our house to go over the job with my husband. Sam and his team did quality work and Sam communicated with me throughout the process. He was at our house, when he said he would be and kept his word from the beginning of this process. If I ever need another patio, or retaining wall, I will call Sam again. In this day and age, it is so difficult to know who to trust. I'm grateful we found Sam for this job!"
