"Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. "WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer.
