Stuart was able to get us started and helped us update a ton of things around our house, plumbing, electrical, got rid of wood paneling, installed a dishwasher, stove, lighting, complete bathroom remodel, I could go on. His price was completely fair and I’m happy with the amount of work we got done. If I had to complain about something it was that the communication between the different workers wasn’t always there. For instance, the wrong paint was used in the hallway, but the actual workmanship was good for everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

However, you don't need to sand if you're recoating or polishing floors without underlying damage.
The best way to maintain hardwood floors is to clean them regularly with a push broom and use a mop with a cloth pad. Only use cleaning products designated for hardwood floors. Otherwise, you could damage them by stripping the finish. To remove tough stains, take steel wool and mineral spirits and buff gently with wax.
