From the initial phone call Thursday evening, I had an appointment for the estimate with Thomas Friday morning at 9 am where on the dot I was shaking hands with him. After he listened to my needs and took measurements I received a hand written quote prior to his departure. The estimate was lower than expected and after being well taken care of by Ceci and Thomas aswell as being blown off by other contractors when it came to an estimate, I informed Thomas that I would be doing business with him. We scheduled for the following Wednesday to start the demo process of the driveway but due to extreme efficiency by him and his team, they finished their current job and were able to start mine on Tuesday. After 2 days I had a beautiful finished driveway with so much pride and care put into it. If your looking for overpriced work, lack of detail and pride and rude customer service look elsewhere.
