"I used Richlynn Construction for my basement and bathroom remodel in May 2020. (Three months later, I am finally getting around to writing a review). I was nervous about having people in my house during a pandemic, but we all wore masks and all stayed healthy. I had an excellent experience and recommend them to others. Rich checked on the progress and communicated the plan, kept the project on time, and coordinated everyones schedule. Jose and Rubin are highly skilled and extremely hard working. They showed up early every day they worked. We had a few hick-ups but were able to work through them. For example, the Kohler shower unit was significantly delayed and I ended up canceling it. Instead, Jose and Rubin installed tile in the shower, which I am extremely pleased with. They also did beautiful work installing vinyl plank flooring throughout the basement. While there was a lot of construction dust, they tried to contain it from the rest of the house using plastic sheeting. The pricing was fair and receipts were given to show material costs."
