"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. Neat as could be. If there were some issue, and there were rare, Benjy took care of it immediately. There were no surprises as to cost or schedule. He made suggestions when needed. "Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."
