"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Very good job. Extremely well done siding project with an experienced and thorough crew. The job was done despite there being a snow storm in the middle of it. Everyone was prompt to let me know what was going on. At the end of the project my project manager Taylor did a very detail-oriented walk-through. I couldnt have had a better experience. "Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. He explained in detailed was the job entails the cost the square footage the ups downs pros cons the training and support is consistent with each person I spoke to this Company is worth your time your job needs and the opportunity to do your work they show great care and they take heart having this mindset and approach your money will be well spent. I give them a great review as we continue our work in the future. Thank you for letting me share."

"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am.
