A rock-hard support system also forms which gives the slab a much stronger substrate than soil. Driveways will also be ready for vehicle traffic within minutes of the procedure. No mess, no cure times, no damage to landscape, etc. Our clients are raving about the outcomes of their projects. What we are not tooled or skilled to perform: Concrete replacement, new concrete placement/installation, and foundation repairs of structures with crawlspaces.

Because my patio is only accessible by foot, all materials had to be brought to the patio by wheelbarrow, and all work had to be done manually. N&L did an excellent job, and for a reasonable price."

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.
No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
