She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "Great. Jeff quoted our specs, & did an in-house visit. He reviewed the entire project. He made sure Our expecting were realistic, before going on. Everything was clear, & got a competitive price.. We have noisy upstairs neighbors in Condo yelling & loud TV, RADIO,MUSIC & the project helped reduce it by 30-65%. It is hard to be specific without decipel meaning equipment. The cellulose bags say 60%, however Jeff pointed out expect 35%- that honesty, eventhough we got better. If you do a similar job, make sure you understand IMPACT noise, which is not what this project can do. So we are not disappointed, & got what we asked for. The noise was reduced, but not eliminated. This will keep us in a holding spot, in that we might not have to move for now, as moving is very expensive. This kind of improved our quality of life. Our contractor Juan & Dillon were Professional, respectful of our home & exceeded all posted reviews. "Was money paid or were services performed?*-bad question!"
