The paint job they did for me (ceilings, walls, moldings and doors) was perfect. They also moved the furniture and put it back afterward, took down and replaced the light fixtures, kept the noise level down while working, and cleaned up after themselves. On their own initiative, they even went out and found a piece to patch the hole that a door stop had made in one of my doors. They take real pride in their work. "Beristain Contracting were asked to install laminate flooring on our top floor in two large bedrooms, 4 dressing rooms and a landing, 900 sq feet altogether. Scope was removal of the old floor, some carpentry to repair/level the underfloor, installation of underlay and laminate flooring, remove rubbish. Job was quoted to take 2 weeks and was completed ahead of time. We left David with our house keys and he got on with the job without supervision. This is the third time David has done excellent work for us at a reasonable price with no problems at all. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work.
