"Westshore construction is a nightmare to deal with. We paid $100k for a kitchen remodel back in 2022. We were told they did all their work in house which we found out was all lies. They subcontracted their engineering which failed numerous times, their electricians which did sub par work, and their painters too. To this day going on 2 years later the project is still not completed and the damages to my home are still not fixed. Danita the new owner was the rudest person Iâ ve ever encountered and bait and switched us on material we paid for. The other owner Charles Nelms refused to take responsibility on anything and refused communication. This company has absolutely no customer service and I would never recommend their services to any one. On top of all of this weâ re told we have no warranties after spending $100k. Buyer beware."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
