"Storm Guard was contracted to repair hail damage which included replacing the roof, gutters and 4 windows that had been damaged. From the first meeting, it was obvious that these people were very organized, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely customer orientated. Dealing with my insurance company was a very long and frustrating experience (17 months). During the entire process Storm Guard went over and above what they should have had to do in order to facilitate the repairs. They were extremely communicative, all appointments set for meetings and/or repairs were on time. I was kept aware of all developments as they occurred, and any issues were immediately addressed and resolved. The subs doing the actual work were all professional and polite. Below is an excerpt of the e-mail I sent Sam after the completion of the project: Thank You for all the tireless work you and everyone concerned have put forth on this claim. Despite all the irritation of dealing with my insurance carrier over the past 17 months, you, Glenn, Steve, and Chad have been a dream to work with.
