He asked me what my budget for the fence was and I responded with about 1/2 of what it was going to cost. I told him it was my priority so I could take away from another projects or cut back. He left saying that he would send me an email with a quote for the projects we discussed. HE NEVER EMAILED ME OR CALLED. So unprofessional. He bragged about what great reviews he has online. Obviously he only puts up the positive ones. I'll never call them again for any project no matter what the cost. Must be nice to be able to pass up $30K worth of business especially in these times. It will catch up to them someday. I contacted someone else who worked with me on my budget and got a great fence for almost the same price as what Sierra wanted."
