There was great communication throughout the whole process. Before providing an estimate they came out a second time to get additional details for the job. Pricing was good and I did not get hit with any surprise additional charges. The company is licensed to work in high rise condos in Las Vegas. "Very impressive work, ... the shower bench tiles i needed to be replaced had actually been installed at an angle that allowed water to pool in the back -- the team actual realigned the tiles so they slanted downward to allow for proper drainage and added beveling to the grout for a better look and all-around improvement in addition to merely repairing the loose grout. They also called immediately after I sent an email inquiry and were able to complete the job within days at a reasonable cost. All in all, I can't imagine a smoother, better transaction. When contacted, he quickly responded with a very reasonable quote, did a project review at the house the next day, bought materials and then immediately started to work, repairing and painting over 10 walls that had been opened due to re-piping. His drywall repairs were meticulously handcrafted and the painting was done beautifully; every wall texture was copied exactly. He also laid bathroom vinyl laminate and reinstalled the toilet.
