Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. Robert and his team did an awesome job painting the inside of our home. They were highly skilled, professional and a delight to work with! They made our home look brand new! Brenly was the cabinet expert! He hand sanded all the kitchen cabinet and refinished them, they are beautiful! Brenly worked for a solid week from 7:00-5:00 through the weekend to get the job completed! Caleb came out and fixed a minor leak in our roof! Anthony Traeger (Owner of Traeger Plastering) has been in the plastering business since 1992. He believes that the key to a happy customer is to treat each job as if it's his own. This attitude leads to the highest quality work with affordable prices and the cleanest job possible.

You can get cheap and good but you can't get fast. These guys did a great job, took them I think 7 days total for a fair price. Tony recommended skip trowel. Said I'm not sure man. Took me into his house to show me and I was sold. Said make my house half as good as this and I'll be satisfied. He came in with Justin and Jeff and just knocked it out. Professionals. If I was in the house flipping business I would have these guys on speed dial."

Professionally installed drywall lasts between 40 and 60 years. Drywall longevity depends on installation quality, maintenance practices, and environmental conditions. High-quality work combined with proper care ensures that drywall performs reliably for decades. Factors such as moisture, fire exposure, and physical damage can affect its lifespan, so regular inspections and timely repairs are essential for extending durability.
You don't need a permit to replace drywall if you're just swapping out old panels without making any structural changes. If you're keeping the wall positions the same and not moving any electrical or plumbing, you can go ahead without a permit. However, if your project involves adding or removing walls or altering the home's infrastructure, you'll likely need to get a permit, which can add $50 to $150 to your costs. It's always a good idea to check with your local building department to make sure you're following the rules.
