They worked with me to bring my vision for my front yard landscape and patio build-out to life and I'm happy with the finished project. It took about 2 weeks longer than planned due to some unexpected delays that were out of their hands (gravel delivery). The reason I gave 4.5 stars vs. 5 is because communication between the working team and my customer service rep could have been better, and while the overall quality of the workmanship on the masonry was good, they overlooked some small details that now we're having to go back and address. Also, I wish I had purchased the plants myself. The ones I received from the company were expensive and very small and are going to take forever to grow."

"He came and cut down sissoo trees and treated them and returned a couple times and now his voice mail is full and he does not return calls. trees are sprouting up all over the yard. His poisoning apparently did not kill roots as he had promised. Yes was very friendly and appeared knowledgeable."
