David Huenergardt, our sales rep, was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened; looked at the situation; agreed that there might be a mold/mildew problem behind the wall; and considered our whole situation, including our ages, my husband's disability from severe RA, and our desire to sell our home in the near future. He assured us that his company would take care of any situation they experienced, that everything would be repaired or replaced, that the area would be cleaned and treated for mildew and that the new products were mildew resistant, that there would be no hidden or add-on charges, that the work would be done in one day, and that the workers would be careful and clean up afterwards. Everything he said was true. In one day we had a safe, beautiful, new shower, the installers, Anthony (Todd) Berrong and Brice Mercier, were precise, professional, careful, and clean, and the whole area from front door to shower was left swept-clean."
