"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I then called Action and was greeted by the nicest scheduler ever who scheduled a service man to me that same day between 12PM and 3PM. He arrived at 1PM and went right to work replacing the spring, lubricating the entire assembly and giving me advice on how to maintain the system going forward. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price seemed reasonable and he accepted the Angie's List coupon (just a little bit reluctantly). I have replaced the old sticker by my control pad wit Action's sticker and will use them again in the future."
