It included replacing siding, wood rot, window wraps, front porch railing and posts, gutters and the conversion of siding to stone in front of the house. In addition, the house was also painted. The total project took 2 weeks to complete. Evaluation - scale 1-5 (low to high) Price value - compared to other bids - 5+ Quality of work - 5 Estimates of work -5 Juan provides and estimate of the work you want done with details of the work to be completed, pictures of the areas to be worked and pictures of the materials to be used. Communication - 5.0 When you hire Juan he partners with you to communicate with both you and his crew in a timely manner. Results - 5 Bottom line Juan wants to be sure you’re happy with the project you hired him to do. If there is an issue he will address it, fix and make it right. I don’t recommend a lot of company’s unless they earn it and they did and then some. "
