"Our split unit air conditioner was under performing. Paul performed a thorough inspection of the system. During the process he used his experience and state of the art testing equipment. He kept us informed of his findings and also explained how to consider solutions. The issue turned out to be a build of of pollen and dust deep inside the wall unit. He opened it up and removed every component carefully cleaning each surface and crevice. Paul is very personable and considerate. He took precautions to protect our wall and flooring. He was also attentive to the integrity of all the parts he cleaned. Now the air conditioner is as clean as a new unit. It is efficient, quiet and we are cool again. Thank you, Paul"

"Horrible service. Although the product defects do not reflect the company, the follow up and customer service were HORRIBLE! The owner, Donald, accused me of "squeaking" because I questioned things. Also, I was accused of having them come out to my house for NO Reason! I spent about $12,000.00 for mini splits and a hybrid hot water heater in the fall of 2022. Sensors have repeatedly been defective on the mini splits. Once again, not the owner's fault, HOWEVER, POOR follow up. Then the annual cleaning was due and I was quoted a price. Upon completion, I was charged $60.00 MORE for the can of cleaner! That should have been part of the original quote, as my husband had been diagnosed with a terminal illness since all this and we are on a fixed budget! NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! As of this review, I have been told that I will be refunded the $60.00 for the can of cleaner........holding my breath!"

I needed time to get funds together and they kept in contact with me and when I finally had the funds, they worked thier schedule to get this done immediately. "DO NOT hire Jose to do any work in your home! Had him work on a couple things in my new house. He did not start on the agreed upon date. Showed up late eveyday. And didnt show up at all some days. He installed tub/shower valve BACKWARDS and he left it leaking. Had to hire plummer to fix. His work is horrible. Please save your self time and money and stay away from JJ restoration. He did not finish painting either and was sloppy with the work he did get done. He was always leaving and coming back. Oh and HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE!! Beware please!!"
