"Scope of project: 1) reset/regrade pavers stones in front walkway and back patio area that were displaced by new driveway and trenches, 2) install drain in low spot connecting to an existing drain, 3) demo a platform of pavers next to the garage to make even with the rest of the patio. "So the concrete foundation was poured but it was missing but it was missing all of our one anchor. There are walls that are too high and too low. They didn't use vibrator on the concrete so there's several places where the concrete didn't settle in and there are exposed rebar. So we hired another engineer to come up with fixes for the problem and the engineer said that the project should take 140 yards of concrete but the contractor ordered 189 yards so there's a lot of wasted concrete."

"After 3 of their tries, a tall gate they installed still pinches at the bottom & definitely will not auto close, as I required in the beginning. Despite my eventual supplying excellent hinges (& they never credited $$ back to me, for hinges they took back-- & am terribly confused about how they installed what I purchased, without even thinking how to secure, & without regard my expense, the furthest out screw is between boards & while I offered the bolts, pure wisdom says, at least, use some washers!! And the gate should've been trimmed at the top on one side -- so many others have commented "shabby work". & all say the gate should be redone & done right. They never did backfill the fence posts...I agree with another review...they say they know how to do the privacy fence right, then they fail to do so, or answer emails. They begin tasks well, then slow down to wks & now months passing. While I corrected a prior low rating, when they sent someone to correct...I now have to revert back!!!"

"Liberty did a great job from getting a quote to performing the work!! As soon as I requested a quote online, Joe called to arrange a time to come look. Quote was put together and received within days. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted our driveway and entry way to look like but I wasn’t 100% sure, Jody was super helpful on offering suggestions and helping finalize the plan. Once on-site they did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the finish product. We get so many compliments from neighbors who have lived in our neighborhood for years on what a difference the driveway and walkway has made and the curb appeal it has brought to the front of our home..I have been in construction for over 20 yrs and I would highly recommend Liberty concrete. I will be using them on my backyard project here soon!!"
