"I hired Dalton Brothers to fix a broken rafter in the attic. We agreed upon the work to be done and the cost of the project. While working on the project, Mike found other issues with the rafter not originally identified. Without asking him to do it, Mike fixed the other problem spots and did not charge me a cent more. Mike also said he would rather fix everything right the first time and do more that the minimum to make sure it was done correctly than come back to correct the fix. It put me at ease knowing that he was treating my house like it was his own. I will hire them again if there is other work to be done."
