From the initial bid, I understood the work that was taking place, why it needed to be done and I had confidence that it would be done well. They have a nice way of being able to explain things in simple, straightforward terms. I got several bids on my job and nobody was able to match KC Chimney's whole package (price, service and quality). I had confidence in them to do a very big job and they did amazing work for me.
