When I contacted Ken, he told me when he could come out and work with me between my doctors appointments. He kept me informed of when he would arrived. What a great guy, very knowledgeable, smart intelligent can’t say enough good kind things about him an all around down to earth individual. After a while of trying to figure out the problem because it was a little complicated because the settings on the TV were all messed up. He figured it out. I thought his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ken. He is a great mechanic when it comes to TVs he knows what he’s doing. He knows his provision. I just wanna say thank you very very much. "Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."
