"Prospect Hardwood Flooring is a great company. They have excellent customer service. Our project was refinishing pine flooring in a large,100 year old house, which is more difficult than typical flooring, and they did a good job. Jodie in the office, and Mike, the boss, were helpful and very professional. They have a good sized, experienced crew. We thought we had prepped the spaces well, but they came behind us and taped and covered all the things we hadn't been able to remove (books in the book cases, etc.) There was almost no dust and they cleaned up everything every day. The job took 5 days, as there are so many steps in the process. Their price was competitive and they performed all the work on schedule. Tip: the "satin" finish is much nicer than semi-gloss. It gives a richer, less glaring look to the floors, especially important in historic homes. We highly recommend Mike and his crew. Thanks to Home Advisor for finding them for us."

"My coworker had recommended this company so I called them to get an estimate for our bathroom remodel. They scheduled it quickly and arrived on time. We talked about possible designs and the entire process was explained to me. After about 2 weeks of gathering samples and discussion, the vanity and tiles were ordered. The vanity took a little longer to arrive than expected probably due to Covid. All of the materials were brought to my garage shortly after that. When the installers showed up on the next Monday I was pleasantly greeted and introduced to them by Charlie. They were very polite throughout the entire upgrade and cleaned up every day. It took a total of 8 days for completion. My bathroom is beautiful now. This was a great experience and I have already recommended this company to a family member. There were no surprises and they were very professional from start to finish."

"Installed hardwood in 3 areas (family room, living/dining room, office). Mr. Lee helped to select type of wood to match existing stairway. They arrived on time. Carefully removed and hauled away the existing carpet. Did the cutting of the wood outside to minimize dust inside even though it was a bit chilly. Cleaned all areas where they worked The installation was excellent. Really like it and appreciative."

"I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."
