"Most definitely the best contractor experience I have had ! My wife and I met this team at the Worcester Home Show and were immediately impressed with the display. They literally had the exhibit built of stone. What a job that must have been to get that set up and then taken down. We discussed what we were looking for and were provided lots of good information to chew on. We got a few quotes for the job and I will be honest, Leone was not the cheapest . I had 2 other quotes that were cheaper but here is what Leone WAS..easy to deal with. Kevin came out and spent a half hour taking measurements and speaking with me about the project and answered all of my questions. Now lets add Covid into this..Kevin kept in good contact with me the entire time up until the Monday he started the job. His crew arrived Monday and on time and dove right in, even moving something for my neighbor. Throughout the week his crew arrived on time and put in full days to say the least. Left the job LATE on Friday and except for a dirt smudge in my driveway and some reseeded grass, you would never know they were here. I had one item that needed attention after a couple of weeks and when I texted Kevin, he advised me he would take care of it, and did right away. Cant say enough good as its hard to find "good" people that aren't just looking for the quick check and move on..he met me at the suppliers before the project to pick out the materials I liked and kept me informed all along the way.Came in right on point with the original quote he gave me. Like I said, BEST experience I have had. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using again. I hope he continues that approach at the shows as that was one of the reasons I choose to work with him. You put that much work in there, imagine what the job will look like. THANK YOU KEVIN AND THANK YOU TO YOUR SONS AND REST OF YOUR TEAM !!"

Our mission is to beautify residential properties through quality lawn and shrub irrigation. Using the latest technology in the industry, we aim to have as little impact as possible while yeilding the greatest results. We are a full-time shop servicing clients, whatever the size of the project, all year round. We build irrigation systems that conserve water and automate the process of caring for lawns. Very little needs to be done on the part of our clients to achieve a healthy landscape. We coordinate with the town, take all necessary measurements and arrange for a licensed plumber to complete the hookup with your plumbing system. Our state of the art equipment allows us to be efficient and available at all times. Aeration is the best way to keep your lawn healthy and vibrant. Annual aeration makes your lawn more breathable and helps nutrients reach the roots, improving water absorption and reducing puddles where pests might breed. However, timing matters. It's best to avoid aerating during droughts, extreme heat, or if your lawn is battling weeds. A local pro can help you determine the ideal time for your yard.
Most lawns benefit from annual aeration to keep them healthy and thriving. If your lawn has a lot of thatch buildup—more than half an inch—you might need to aerate twice a year for a couple of years to get it under control. But if your soil isn't compacted and there's minimal thatch, you might be able to skip a year.
When you hire a professional lawn care company, a standard 10,000-square-foot lawn takes about 30 minutes to aerate. Uneven, sloped, or especially large lawns can take significantly more time. So, depending on your lawn's size and condition, the process can take anywhere from half an hour to several hours.
The best time to aerate your lawn is during the spring or fall when your grass is actively growing and the soil has enough moisture. Aerating once in the spring and once in the fall yields the best results. Avoid aerating when your lawn is dormant or right after heavy rain when the soil is too wet—that can make aeration less effective.
Even if your lawn looks healthy, aeration can still be beneficial. If you have good growth, proper drainage, and little thatch, you might not need to aerate right away. Regular aeration helps water and nutrients reach the roots, keeping your lawn strong over time. Keep an eye on your lawn's condition to decide when it might need aeration.
