"John and Victor came over to my home for a main line blockage. It was an emergency as the water was overflowing into my home and starting to cause damage. I had another plumber come over but unfortunately there was a miscommunication (when I said over the phone "I think it's a main line blockage" and they still sent a person to my home even though they the company does not handle main line blockages). So I quickly called up John at about 10am and by 2pm they, John and Victor, were at my door ready to help. Not only did they clear the line, but they made sure they cleaned up any mess that had been splashed, and placed back all my rocks in the front garden prior to leaving. Great Job guys, thank you!!!"

"Akif was absolutely a pleasure to have fix my plumbing issues. He was extremely professional and his prices were very reasonable. I had a drainage issue with my shower and the water kept clogging up while I showered. I tried every thing I could to help the situation but it seemed a lot bigger than what I could handle. The best decision I could have made was to accept Akif’s call. He took his time and made sure that the problem was fully resolved before leaving. He also called me in at the end to show me that it was completely resolved. At least I now have a plumber that I can depend on and feel confident with hiring him again in the future. "Chris called and came early for our appointment. He walked me through all of the issues with the work and gave me options(by phone as I was at work) . The work was done in an extremely professional and clean manner. Chris went out of his way to level out the bottom of my sink cabinet for no extra charge. The following morning we noticed a drip that turned out Not to be from Rapid's work. My wife called, Chris was there in an hour and replaced a faucet connector which was completely unrelated to the work he performed the previous day. Chris did not Charge for that repair. I could not recommend Chris or Rapid Plumbing any Higher. Responsible, Professional, Quality Workmanship and Fair pricing. As a homeowner, that is all that I could ever ask for from a tradesman.
