"The appointment process was fine. Plumber was punctual. The price was not justified nor explained other than "we can't do 15 minutes of work for $200". The cost of the job to replace the fixture and put a shutoff valve was quoted at $521.00. This is $50 in materials and an hour or less of work. There was no issue with access to the inside or outside. The inside access is typical and in the unfinished part of the basement. I turned down the quote and have called to talk to the company management to understand how this could be this costly and have not received a call back. It seems that pricing is based on what they think you will pay based on where you live or other reasons and not the typical markup and labor model. Be aware and warned. The impact on me was changing my whole day around and the wasted time. Not to mention asking other plumber to not respond due to APEX being the first."

Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!"
