"Nice gentleman, very nice however, had to reschedule twice as they did not show. Connected hot water to cold in bathroom where they tighten the faucets. One sink is now leaking and one of the new faucets once not assembled properly. Called the day they finished to advise of the problems. One of the crew shared that they would be back the next day; it has been two weeks, still not here. Finally received a call back from owner and he advised that he would be there the nice day, that will be a week ago this coming Tuesday, no response. I knew going in that it was overpriced from the onset but wanted to give them some business. I would not recommend them for anything. The crew is amazingly friendly and I believe component; however, this is not a beauty contest. I got had. Lesson learned."

They didn’t fix the issue we need resolved until a follow up date. They came to sell mold uv lights and not to address what we needed. When a repair team came out they said we didn’t even need that repair. We were so disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this company. Beware of them take advantage of the elderly."

I was charged $213 for a backflow test which was over twice the amount I was told to expect by friends and family who had the same test done by other plumbers (one even showed me his invoice for $35.00). It is an absurd price for a very simple test and far overpriced compared to other plumbers in the area."
