"Everyone I spoke to at Redwood was very nice and professional. They were able to come out quickly to give me a quote and were always very responsive. However, the patio was installed about a foot too high. The subgrade material was spilling out and I assumed they were not finished and would be out to fix it. Nope, that is how they were going to leave it until I pointed it out. They came back out to grade out the lawn and add sod, but I was charged for that work. Overall, the finished project looks fine but it took longer and cost more than anticipated. I would not use them again."

Edgar and his team did a very nice job with the repair and handled some unexpected structural problems that caused the settling with a design much better than the original. The project was complicated a bit by uncooperative weather and had to be done in phases. Edgar Rodriguez, the principal, kept me informed of work plans and always responded quickly when I reached out to him. He was focused on assuring my complete satisfaction. The price was reasonable. Upon completion, I hired him again to rebuild a fireplace surround with natural stone."
