"I went to Angi to look for someone to put a small door up on an opening in the wall above my staircase in the living room. The closest I could get to what I needed done was drywall install. So that’s the listing I asked for with Angi. I got 2 companies. I requested quotes from both companies , but neither one responded with a quote. I received a text from someone about the job I needed done. I never got a name from the person that texted me or the company he worked for. In my haste to get the job set up I didn’t ask his name or what company he worked for. He asked me to send pictures of the job I wanted done and I did that and he quoted me a price of $ 220.00. I accepted. We texted back and forth ma couple times more for what day and time to do it. In all those texts I never got a name for him or the company he worked for. I saved the texts back and forth between us and when I did not have a receipt for the work done I used our texts to one another to reach out with another text about needing a receipt. Instead I got a call back from a quite rude person that when I answered she said what’s going on here. She did not identify herself to me or why she was calling me at first. She never did identify herself to me but I finally figured out that she was calling about the text I sent about needing a receipt. She was concerned that I wasn’t happy with the work done. I told her that was Okay, but I needed a receipt for the work done because I didn’t get one. She seemed pretty dismissive of me when she found out that’s all I needed. I told her that I had to have a receipt and that it had to have the Company name address and phone number on it, had to have what the job was that I hired them to do on it, how much they quoted as the price, what form I paid them with ( it was paid in cash), date the work was done, that the work was fully completed and that it was paid with cash and paid in full. She said she could do that and I thanked her for her time. She also told me that they were the company that did the work at my home, she read off my address to me. So I’ve been waiting for a receipt to show up in my mail and so far I have not received it. The company I believe that did this job for me is; LDM Tile and Remodeling LLC. "OH MY GOD! This company is beyond amazing. We were in the market to get our cabinets refaced and let me tell you, this company blew us out of the water on so many levels! For starters, we looked at a couple big box retailers and their prices were extremely high so when we met with the owner Dennis, we were skeptical. Once he gave us the price, I felt like it was too good to be true. His price was 40% cheaper than the big box stores and this was getting everything we wanted from Dennis. Dennis was one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure with dealing with. He was always on time, extremely professional and honesty. The person who worked on out cabinets was Joe. Let me tell you, this man is an artist! His attention to detail on the cabinets was amazing. I feel like they have revived our kitchen and our house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to do a cabinet refacing! Thank you again!!"

"I had a quote within 2 days. My card was declined by by bank and I had to approve the amount, that was thee only delay I had and it was my fault. I had to make a few adjustments to my order, and I was requoted at least by next day. Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. Great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer."
