He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. More than anything Dave's got a good heart, my wife and I genuinely enjoyed meeting and working with him. (Note: no AI was used in writing this review!)"

We have friends who literally live in a swamp who had Busy Dog a couple years ago and their system has worked perfectly. They were getting water in their basement several times a year-- now NOTHING. And I love the technology innovations by this company, the quality of the materials is top notch. Salesman Mike worked with us to set up the construction, he and their engineer came out several times to make sure they understood our tricky set up and worked to get the timing right for timing that worked for us"

With the amount of weeds we had I thought that the job would take at least 1/2 day. Jorge arrived with a two man crew and they tackled the job. Within two hours all weeds and several shrubs had been removed and everything was cleaned up and taken away. Jorge and his guys were very polite and did not waste any time in doing this job! We were quite happy with the result and are going to use Jorge for more projects. I am so glad that I went with my gut feeling and hired Jorge to take care of a job that I thought was overwhelming."
