Their willingness to be proactive stands out when I am so used to having to hold other's hands in initiating communication. Not the case here! Tornell and Ricky were consummate professionals throughout, provided confident yet humble advice and suggestions, and struck a great balance between good clean work,and an efficient time table. I was impressed with how quickly they came back to adjust one area. It was not the teeth-pulling, hurried schedule experience I have come to expect from contractors. I'm very glad I met them, let alone hired them for this kitchen backsplash. These guys have it figured out. Customer service, quality, time and money - all an A+!!!"
