"My wife and I rented our house in the historic district in Litchfield CT for three years. We decided to purchase this gorgeous 1821 historic house. It was previously a rental property for 29 years. As gorgeous as it is we needed to do some work right away to keep the gorgeous appeal. Two days after I closed on the house I had Rob and his team come in and basically they worked magic on the hardwood floors through out our house. We went with natural look and I can t say enough about he care and the customer service of Rob company. I noticed a lot of people talk about how Rob answers all questions and calls that is an understatement. Rob takes all calls with pride, very easy to talk too, his generosity to answer all questions no matter how many you might have, and his knowledge of the work is incredible. Rob is a family man that cares about every project as if it was his own house for his own family. I have now made a commitment to Rob that for the reminder projects in our house he will be doing them from putting tiles down in our bathroom, updating tiles in kitchen, converting our carpet laundry room to a hard surface flooring, and upgrading the carpet on our stairs and master closet. I truly didn t just hire a flooring company for my new home I hired a new friend/family man to help me make the changes for my wife and I and our first baby on the way in our new HOME!!! "It was a pleasure to deal with Alex. I have a metal roof and this past spring I had ice dams on the roof that sheared off my roof vents for our plumbing. This caused leaks into the house. Alex call same day that I called Home Advisor. Alex came out and designed a system of snow guards for the new vents and to hold snow so it could melt. Alex came out on a Sunday and sealed around the vents and ordered necessary materials and came out and installed. The color matched the roof. We were very happy with Alex and his team. I would not hesitate to call again for future projects. Thanks Alex!!!"

"They came within a few hours of calling me for a job I needed done that day (take down all window treatments so that building window project could take place in my apartment). They arrived when they said they would, we agreed on a price to take down and re-install, and they then performed the work in an A+ manner. They came back and re-installed the windows exactly when they said would. I will definitely use these folks again!"

"ASC Wood Flooring installed vinyl plank flooring that we purchased from lumber liquidators in our playroom. They were very familiar with the product and did a great job measuring the room and starting the first course so that the finished floor was perfect. The installer was very mindful of our tongue and groove walls and cabinetry during the install. He was pleasant and efficient and did a great job cleaning up at the end. I would recommend ACS wood flooring!"
