We did our due diligence over the course of a year. THIS is your company. We contacted 9 companies, we were stood up more than a couple times and another said they wonâ t come out unless we are ready to order. Of the companies that did arrive sustainable was the most professional. Josh (our representative) showed us all the samples and really knew which ones were best to solve our issue (2 enormous dogs). Josh is knowledgeable, friendly, and explains every detail. Selene got us an estimate and drawing within a day of Joshâ s visit. She also had input on the best option for our dogs. She was happy and enjoyable to work with. Now the crew: They were lead by Joshua. 4 INCREDIBLY hard working men transformed our 2,500 sf yard in 4 days. Wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow these men made quick work out of the mountain of crushed concrete, compacted to a nice even grade and laid the turf with precision. In 4 days they took our yard from a disaster to a new place to enjoy the Florida days! Stop shopping. You get what you pay for. Sustainable Turf and ALL their employees are who you want to hire."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
