They took advantage of us during a cold spell telling us our outside unit was not working and we were on emergency power. They could do a temporary fix but we needed a need system. We agreed to the new system and was quoted in the area of $12,000+ (way over priced it turns out should have been no more than $8,000). Put a contract on a tablet in front of me to sign. I trusted then and signed, my mistake. They increased the capacity of the unit without telling me. Why? This led to the need for new duct work. Verbal estimate: $3,000. Billed: $10,000+. Excuse: their salesman mis-spoke. Stuck the contract infant of me on may way to an appointment. I signed trusting the estimate was legit. It wasn't."

The end result is that the repair not only saved us from replacing the balance of the tile, but it looks like a design element that was planned as part of the original tile installation.
