I explained to him that this project is for a rental property and that I needed a lawn that matched the style neighborhood and that was easy to maintain for my renters. He was the only contractor who didnâ t try to upsell me on all the extras he had available and truly listened to my specific needs for a rental property rather than for a primary residence. His estimate was easy to read and even broke down the pricing for the multiple options we had discussed and included computer generated images of what the final project would look like upon completion. This was a large project, the lawn had been neglected for years so he had a huge undertaking to say the least. His work is absolutely beautiful! He did such an incredible job with this space that I didnâ t even recognize the house when I pulled up. The neighbors even went out of their way to let us know how much the loved the lawn. In addition, Miguel communicated with me every step of the way and always followed through with everything. I felt that my project was his primary focus and that he wasnâ t juggling multiple jobs. "Taylor and Amanda are a fantastic team! Just like the best quarterbacks - ON TIME ON TARGET!!! We had various projects including repair of deck flashing and rotted wood, painting of flashing, very delicate handling of the removal and replacement of very large deck windows, repair and repainting wood and particle board trim on bay window, the rebuild of a dog-run fence gate, and the replacement of a front porch spindle damaged in last years tornado. The bid process was great, including a thorough walk-thru and creative solutions for repair. The team arrived on schedule and the work was done very well with much attention to detail (Taylor was unsatisfied with some of the initial work performed on the bay window and made sure it was re-done to his satisfaction) Taylor also spotted a few areas on the exterior that needed some paint touch-up and took care of those too. All in all it was a great experience. We will no doubt utilize Taylor, Amanda, and Blue Collar in the future."
