That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. During a schedule inspection Field Inspector Charles urinated all over my first floor restroom, so much that the mass fluid traveled through the plumbing cutout under the sink cabinet, running down the drywall and pooling on the floor. Mr. Colston denied the incident when I confronted him, not knowing that I had already reviewed the security footage of him talking to a FSM staff on speaker phone in my front yard! The amount of discharge the accumulated on two floors would suggest that this wasn’t just an unfortunate accident. FSM’s official response is that this is a “training opportunity” for their staff."

They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed."
