"After the construction was complete, Randy was at our door for the final payment even though the final inspection was not done yet. Randy kept saying he would take care of it. 18 months goes by with Randy not doing anything to get the final inspection complete and stopped returning my messages. I had to call the town, electrical inspector, and electrician myself and try to get the final inspection completed. During all this Randy kept lying saying they are trying to reach out to you but you wonâ t answer your phone. Randy handled everything at the end horribly, I recommend not giving final payment to Randy until every part of the agreed upon contract is completed because he will take your money and run. I would never hire him again. Not to mention I am still fixing issues with our addition, our barn door fell off because they used terrible anchors. Bathroom tile Floor was put in with the wrong pattern, countless pieces of siding have fell off."

Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."
