"I will never hire this company again. They didn’t pull the required permits and didn’t leak test the exhaust pipe on the furnace. The next day I started the furnace and one of my carbon monoxide detectors went off. I called the company and the owner who installed the furnace said no big deal and that it happens with new furnaces. I followed his instructions and changed some filters after opening windows and doors. The next morning I was awake and working from home when all my Carbon Monoxide detectors went off. I called the owner again and he had me climbing on the roof to check the vent pipe for birds nests and making all kinds of things for me to check. I did as he asked and asked him if they checked the vent pipe. He said, “we looked at it.” I told him I couldn’t find anything blocking the pipe outside and needed him to come back and look. He came back out and found that some rust inside the pipe caused blockages up to 50% of the pipe. When I asked him why he didn’t check the pipe or leak test it, he said, “sorry I don’t have X-ray vision to know something was wrong with your pipe. When I went in the crawl space myself to check it, there was rust on the joint and obvious that it could have leaks. He said the pipe needed to be replaced and would do it for a few thousand dollars. He could have killed me and didn’t really seem to care. Would never recommend this company."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

We need him to repair floors, ceiling ,shingles, garage floor. After many calls,texts and voice mails he won't respond."
