Heâ s very personable and professional. The installers arrived exactly on time. They were extremely organized and worked very efficiently . The noise was minimal. They were very cooperative and consulted us with questions as to exactly how we wanted the shelving placed. They even waited while we had to go to the hardware store when there was a problem with an existing fixture that needed to be replaced. When they left they cleaned up everything and took the debris away. Again, they were very polite and professional. Two weeks later we are extremely pleased and happy to give Cloud 9 Tubs a great review based on the final product and our experience."

They were on time every day, and very personable. The job they did was great but I also appreciated how it looked. They took the time to tie up all the duct tubes so it was tidy and clean looking in the attic. This was a multi-day install, and there was constant communication on the schedule so I always knew when to expect them. The 2 electricians - Rick & Jeremy were the same. Very relatable and personable, on time and professional. They took care of the electrical install and also tidied up some other wiring. Front office was very professional and courteous, and consistently checking in on the job. Incredibly blown away by the amazing job the entire company did! I would recommend them 1000 times over! Their service tech called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me he would be there shortly.
