"Not my first time getting work done from Luis, for a property in LBC, he is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He will go into great depths to complete the job and do it right. I definitely recommend his services.. in this particular job my ceiling fan was not rotating from a different company that came to install. Luis found the issue and fixed problem. He also fixed & installed an outlet that was much more work than i wouldâ ve ever thought. He had to go under the the house and was down there in this horrible SoCal heat! & he was able to fix the problem. And finally fixed an issue we had with with the main line that comes from what seems to be the main post. He had to reattach it to the house and did so with reinforcements. 10/10 work! I already have him scheduled for a different job at my house!"

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade, Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures - Install or Repair
"An Honest an friendly electrician. At first sight I saw that he was so tall. I wondered how he was going get under the house. Well not only did he go under the house, he finished the job in a speedy and efficient manner. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of his work. I've had other electricians leave wires hanging, having a sloppy looking job. Not this guy. I recommend this electrician 100% I'll definitely hire him for future jobs."

Electrical, Service Panel Upgrades
"It would be an understement to say that I could easily give 10 stars to Mike and Rock Bottom Construction. My wife and I have a 103yo house we recently bought that needed electrical upgrades, new outlets, large TV mountings, etc. Upgrading a very old house with modern amenities is a serious undertaking with challenges at every turn. Mike met every challenge like a champ where most contractors would have quit. His communication was clear, constant, and incredibly professional. A pleasure to work with, a master of his craft, honest, always on time, and ready to exceed expectations. Needless to say we'll be hiring Rock Bottom Construction for any and all upcoming projects that fit their expertise."

"I had an electrical short circuit, Micheal comes to help. He was very friendly, explained to us the cause, and of course fixed the problem with a very reasonable price. What I like the best is that he quoted me a price over the phone after reviewing the photos I sent to him before he came."

"The owner (Anuar Ramos) is a perfectionist with great attention to detail. He installed a new 200 amp main meter panel using quality AFCI breakers. He even took the time to label each breaker using a label maker. Professional and courteous service from start to finish. I highly recommend this licensed contractor!"

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
