They were very pleasant with great personalities . I will definitely hire them again.. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. If I had a chance to give them a 10 instead of a five, I would definitely give them 10 stars. Thanks again guys."

"Beware Swift Services. $24,000+ for a 1800 sq. ft.house HVAC. The are deceptive and untrustworthy. They took advantage of us during a cold spell telling us our outside unit was not working and we were on emergency power. They could do a temporary fix but we needed a need system. We agreed to the new system and was quoted in the area of $12,000+ (way over priced it turns out should have been no more than $8,000). Put a contract on a tablet in front of me to sign. I trusted then and signed, my mistake. They increased the capacity of the unit without telling me. Why? This led to the need for new duct work. Verbal estimate: $3,000. Billed: $10,000+. Excuse: their salesman mis-spoke. Stuck the contract infant of me on may way to an appointment. I signed trusting the estimate was legit. It wasn't."
