"Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other. (At least thatâ s what itâ s sounds likeâ ¦) we talked to a few different contractors, most have offered us to inject insulation to the ceiling. We tried it, as it was not expensive, but, this did almost nothing. My husband who has very light sleep kept waking up every day at 5, what made our life very difficult. We did some due diligence and realized we need a much serious approach. When we talked to Eli at ELM, we understood right away thisbis the right contractor for us. His level of knowledge exceeded everyone else's, and he was wiling to make everything as clear as possible for us. The price wasnâ t cheap, as the construction included demo, installation of many materials and even lowering the ceiling. The project took about 2 weeks and we could see the difference right away. We could barely hear any thing!! What a huge difference! The crew were cleaning after every day of work and were very professional.
