"DNE was able to send someone (Dmitry) to our house within just a few hours after we contacted them to fix our 11 year-old LG Washing Machine (the first problem we ever had with it, but it suddenly wasnâ t draining any of the water in the wash cycle). Dmitry was great - he was on-time, very polite, knowledgeable and he explained everything. It turns out that our washerâ s water pump had broken....and thank goodness Dmitry had just the right replacement with him.
