"Our experience was great! The electrician, Juan, was professional and curious. He took his time to work the problem and provide a good solution. He was able to work with our schedule to complete the project. He even was able to call in another electrician for assistance to complete the project. Juan was able to answer all of our questions. The service was pricey though. We would like to see the pricing be more competitive. Maybe this is an opportunity for Angi versus Mr. Electric. Lastly, Mr. Electric will put holes in your walls to inspect capabilities of accessing routes for wire. We understood this and it was ok for our project. It would be nice if Mr. Electric had a method to minimize the number of holes to drill. Again, we are not knocking the work Mr. Electric did. Just an area for opportunity for future projects."

"What: NOT Plumbing. Electrical wiring for/and installation of flood lights above garage door, side walkway to backyard, and backyard. Also installed porch light. Pros: On time, courteous Comments: Backyard floodlight was on all day & all night and on the same electrical source of the lights in the laundry room light and side walkway to backyard. The only way to turn it off was to turn off the electrical switch in the box, which turned off all 3 lights mentioned above. The flood lights were supposed to be on, with a timer, only during dark hours, but either it was on all night because they tied it to the laundry & walkway "wire" or electrical switch, OR they didn't put it on timer, or some other reason. They sent another team out to fix the issue within the next few weeks. Recommendation: Buy your own light fixture, inform YOU want to pick and have them install. Otherwise, they go with their own vendor and the alternative did not look anything like the style we wanted."
