"Troy and his crew worked wonders doing a ton of finishing work and banister resurfacing, along with some tedious vaulted ceiling light installations. They started with a mess of half-finished and inconsistently started paint and trim work, and ended with a transformed, neat, and very pleasing final product! There are so many details that I'm so satisfied with, and that Troy transparently and fairly incorporated into the price without burdensome haggling or oversight/nagging needed: comprehensive and thorough prep ("painting is prep," as the saying goes), supremely sharp corners and borders everywhere, abundant and very precise caulking, switch plates and outlet covers just taken care of, etc, etc, etc -- I really felt like they went the extra mile and treated it like their own place. Not only was the quality of the work amazing, but Troy communicated clearly and promptly via text and managed to fit my job in around holiday time and despite some extreme weather. Bottom line is that I wholeheartedly recommend Troy's Pro Painting and Staining. I am grateful they happened to be available when I really needed a true pro!"

"David Tisdale is a friend of a friend who helped me with a broken car door handle, broken battery cables, and the thermostat and radiator system in my Ford Escape. He came to my home in Loveland and looked at the problems. He shopped at a junkyard for the handle and got the ignition key from the original car and had duplicates made for the door lock. He got a new gasket for it as well and finished in a short time. A couple of months later I asked him for help with my battery because it was stolen and the cables cut. He told me exactly what I needed and had it up and running in a couple of hours. Then the radiator blew. I asked him to look at it and he communicated with an automotive technician at OĂ¢ Reilly auto parts. He got the thermostat and replaced it. Then he got the radiator and replaced it with new seals and insulation. He did use his phone to check on proper technique for my vehicle on YouTube for all of the projects. He came with his own tools and knew how to use them. He saved me about $2,500 in labor. He didnĂ¢ t over charge me for parts. It was exactly the amount paid for them. I would recommend David for any job that he says he can do. HeĂ¢ s very intelligent and mechanically savvy. IĂ¢ m a 100% disabled veteran and really appreciate his help."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
