"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

He also took the time to research what paint/stain would be best, and waited for the best time to apply it. "This dude shows up on time, 5/5 on that. Leaves 10 minutes later without saying a word. I message him 3 hours later asking if we were still doing the job. 2 hours after that he messaged back saying he had his helpers cancel and we need to reschedule. I ask when he's thinking we can get it done. 3 days later I haven't heard back. I open a new project on Angi, and re-select this same guy by mistake. He replies promptly, gets all the details, and then once he gets my email no further contact. It feels like there's something personal here, or maybe he quoted too low for the project, but in any case I literally cannot imagine a less professional way of handling this whole situation. My guess is that he showed up to the job to scope it out, then went to find a couple day laborers to actually do the work. Maybe he couldn't find any, maybe he realized that this job was too big. In either case, just say so. Jesus."

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."
