"1. Their machine broke down. They tried for hours to get it fixed. The brought in a different one and it didnâ t start. They finally got the original machine working but it was night time. 2. They finished and I couldnâ t inspect until morning. By that time the defects were visible and bad. Two rows were different colors. This is because the machine broke down and they had to wait hours and they made a new batch of mix that didnâ t match the first. 3. They avoided all my calls. I called and called. Iâ d wait weeks and when I finally got someone and gave my address they wouldnâ t show. 4. 2 years I called again and kept all the pictures and they forgot my address and came. As soon as he arrived I was waiting outside so he couldnâ t leave. I showed him all the work they did bad and of course he had every excuse in the book except an apology or to fix it. I would steer clear of this company. There are a lot of good reviews but pay close attention to the few that are bad. They did a horrible job, vanished and didnâ t try to resolve or fix anything. I pretend not to speak English very well. Showed home pictures from that time with date time and nothing but more excuses. Co Taft me if you wish so I can show you how bad the Joâ s was they did. "Shelly came to look over our landscaping and give us a budget to redesign and install new landscaping. She was very condescending, making insulting comments about the existing pavers and landscaping. I asked where she would ballpark our job. She said over $100,000. We have a 3000 s.f. house on probably 1/8 acre lot. Smallish. I was floored by her estimate and her attitude about our home, which looks the same as the other 25 homes in my subdivision. And they all are well kept and look good. Also, they all look the same, so I have no idea why she thought I would/could change the look of my pavers and driveway when every house she drove by on the way in looks exactly the same. Maybe she quoted that high of a number because she didn't want the job. But no need to be insulting. I texted her to tell her we're going in a different direction because her budget was too high, and she never responded. Seemed like a bother for her to come here and she thought she was above the neighborhood. I don't recommend talking to her."
