He pointed out a problem with some of the fascia which I totally appreciated. He blew off the roof and reported that the roof was in excellent condition. What a relief. All roof cleanings are a soft wash process not to damage or void roof warranties. Each cleaning comes with a 2 year guarantee that stains will not reappear. Most cleanings last for 7-8 years. Cleaning is done for a fraction of the cost of reroofing. Payment is due upon completion. Credit cards are accepted but with an additional processing fee.
